  3. Overnight Shipping (Domestic)

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 1 business day (next-day delivery)
    • Available for: U.S. orders placed before 12:00 PM PST
    • Shipping Carriers: UPS, FedEx, or other reputable carriers

  4. International Shipping

Shipping Fees

Order Processing and Handling Times

  • Processing Time:
    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after being placed. Orders are only processed on weekdays (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.

  • Order Confirmation and Tracking:
    After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track the delivery progress. You can also log in to your account and view your order details to track your shipment.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order is placed and processed, changes cannot be made to the items or shipping details. We will do our best to accommodate your requests before the order is shipped.

  • Canceling Your Order:
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we begin processing and preparing your order for shipment, and cancellations may not be possible. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for assistance with returns.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we will contact you to arrange for a reshipment or refund (excluding shipping costs). Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete.

International Shipping
